CADETS & TRAINING
Our cadets, apprentices and interns gain experience across a diverse range of construction processes. Being able to have on-site experience whilst studying is an invaluable advantage, as you are able to work closely with mentors and see business processes and challenges in action. At Build 369, teamwork and leadership are two of our core values, and this shines through our training programs. Whether it be our part-time cadetship program or on-site interns, we believe in investing in talent and developing talented future construction professionals.

Project Management Cadetship
Our cadetship program offers a comprehensive introduction into the construction industry, where we help you to realise your full potential through mentoring and on-site experience. With experienced and knowledgeable construction professionals as your mentors, you will be guided through your training program so you can learn new skills, track your progress and reach your goals. We believe in helping you identify and work on gaps, and rewarding you based on achievements and growth.
Some of your day-to-day tasks may include:

​Assisting in the management of site operations
Communicating with and managing sub-contractors and suppliers
Team meetings and training sessions
Preparing supplier orders, sub-contracts and managing site documentation
General labouring
Learning and using digital management systems
Developing an understanding of estimating, tendering and client management
