Executive Director
Zoran has been a part of the construction industry for over 30 years, 25 of which have been spent growing into Build 369 and cultivating its culture of innovation, quality and excellence. He is driven by a desire to deliver with distinction, where his passion for innovation, community contribution and sustainability sets him apart. Zoran has a passion for developing talent and leadership skills which allow him to shape our team to be dynamic, knowledgeable and inspired.

Debbie Sever
Chief Financial Officer
As one of the company’s founders, Debbie has played an important role in Build 369’s culture and catalogue of successful projects. Her rigour, attention to detail and passion for growing the company shines through her work. Debbie oversees accounts and contracts, and manages the company’s digital management systems. With her dedication, positive attitude and experience, clients can be assured that their projects are in safe and knowledgeable hands.

Finance & EHS Manager
Gordana has over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting industries. Working at global brands, she has experience with fast-paced industries which require attention-to-detail and high-quality documentation. With her enthusiasm, work ethic and communications skills, Gordana excels as our Environmental, Health and Safety Manager. She aligns with Build 369’s culture around safety and commitment to zero harm at work, and is a valued member of our team.
Pasnuri Sherpa
Contracts Administrator
Pasnuri has an experienced background in accounting and project management, with a specialisation in education and digital systems. He works with our finance team to develop and manage contracts, applying his rigour and expertise to ensure he is always creating work of an extremely high quality. With his strong understanding of best business practices and attention to detail, the team can always rely on Pasnuri and his sharing of digital and business knowledge.

Design Management Coordinator
Gene is our Design Managerment Coordinator, working with the team to deliver inventive and beautiful interior spaces. With an eye for detail and exceptional creativity, she manages the planning, design and delivery of our interiors. With a love of natural materials and ability to visualise creative space solutions, she is always able to elevate the projects she works on. Gene brings the Build 369 innovation and excellence principles to life to her designs.

Communications & Marketing
With a background working in marketing and innovation roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, L’Oréal and the National Heart Foundation, Iva looks after Build 369's marketing and digital platforms. Bringing creativity, strategic insight, and a keen eye for digital trends, Iva oversees the management of our website, social media channels, and content development. She ensures that our projects are showcased through compelling imagery and engaging narratives, ensuring our online presence communicates the incredible work of our team.

Project Manager
Ty has an unwavering commitment to quality and has a demonstrated ability to achieving client and project objectives. He is adaptable to client’s needs and is always looking to exceed targets. His experience lies in education projects, having managed specialised safety procedures and innovative builds. Ty consistently delivers with quality, safety and time, achieving cost reductions and increasing productivity through team leadership and motivation. ​
Michael Atik
Project Manager
Michael is a dynamic and highly dedicated site manager, whose diligence in planning and attention to detail ensures the delivery of high-quality project outcomes. His knowledge and experience across tendering, contract administration, site quality and safety assurance, and collaboration with project managers and sub-contractors, means that he is an ideal site manager who is looked up to for direction.
Nour Kassaa
Junior Project Manager
Nour is currently studying a Certificate IV in Building & Construction, and has completed a number of work experience roles at construction companies. Being mentored by one of our experienced project managers on a extensive education project, Nour is developing his on-site expertise and technical skills. He is a capable self-directed learner who is always happy to take on challenges, and his strong work ethic is highly-valued.
Petar Sever
Trade Operations Manager
Petar ensures that Build 369’s skilled trade teams operate with precision, efficiency, and safety on every project. With a strong background in managing trade logistics and onsite operations, he plays a pivotal role in coordinating resources, overseeing subcontractors, and streamlining workflows. His expertise in scheduling, quality control, and cost management ensures that every task is executed to the highest standards. Petar creates a seamless connection between our tradespeople, project managers, and clients.
